In 1916, Gunnar Osvald sails across the oceans aboard on the ship S/V Isolda and creates trade with distant countries. 72 years later, his grandson, Henrik Osvald, establish the company with the same name: Isolda. Inspired by his grandfather's incredible adventures, Henrik Osvald takes the ink, the black gold as he calls it, home to the Nordic region and begin to build long-term relationships with suppliers and resellers.

Today, we are a leading distributor with 30 years of experience, providing over 3000 retailers in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark with exciting products. The ink still has a sacred place and is well-connected with smart ergonomic products, gaming accessories that record your eye movements and headphones made of recycled materials - to name a few.

The headquarter is located in Gothenburg and is empowered by the branch office in Oslo. Our logistic center is in Jönköping, in the heart of the Nordic region, so we can ship goods quickly with an average delivery security of 99.91%.

Product catalog by file (FTP)

With an FTP account at Isolda, you always have daily access to the entire assortment on file. Here you will find lots of information about products, both logistical and commercial.

Integrated order process (EDI)
We offer all retailers the opportunity to integrate the entire ordering process through EDI. This means that you can automatically place orders, receive order confirmation, delivery notification (including package ID), and invoice when delivery is completed. Of course, you can send goods directly to your customer via Isolda, so-called Drop-shipment.

Webservice
Isolda WebService is a service that combines the functionality of EDI and FTP but in real time. This is for those who want to take e-commerce to the next level. WebService offers a customized API that gives you access to a wide range of product information such as how toners fit different printers. You can also get information about price and availability, and send your order and receive delivery notifications.

Print monitoring (IDFM)
Is your company ready to fully automate the order & delivery process? We offer you digital monitoring of your customers' printers with automated delivery of supplies.

Returklubben
